Get The Look: Casa Cor

With the come back of eclectic, out of the ordinary interiors, we have been inspired by Brazilian interior company’s project at Casa Cor.

The triple height ceilings of this property make for something of a statement, let alone the interior design and styling. Yet, the combination of all design features isn’t so out of this world that the space should lose its homely charm.

Our Rubix sofa is the perfect, cubic, narrow and low sofa for this interior. Upholster it in our new Cornflower fabric to achieve the same look as Studio Ro+Ca. Alternatively, opt for a subtler finish in our Willow fabric as per the Rubix below.

The entire room is furnished with ultra-modern pieces, alongside vintage and reclaimed sideboards from the mid-century modern wave.

Our Stilts sideboard is the perfect mid-century trade off, as it has been designed with a nod to mid-century, under the Camerich contemporary style, meaning it can work in many interiors. The Brown Walnut finish works well with a variety of wood finishes and is versatile enough to stand with the bright velvet and chenille upholstery of the sofa, chairs and cushions.

Don’t be afraid of using various tones of the same colour throughout the interior – the way to not make this look mismatched, make sure that the textures are different – such as the blue sofa and rug combination. The entire look is then tied together through a combination of plants and artwork, which pick up on the colours in the actual interior.
