At Camerich UK Limited, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our customers. It is our utmost priority to ensure safeguarding and preserving the privacy of information provided from all our customers and website users.
This privacy policy explains what happens with the personal data that you provide us, why we need it and what this information is used for.

Who we are
Camerich UK Limited is the ‘Controller' of the personal data you provide to us. We only collect basic personal data about you which does not include any special types of information or location based information. This does however include name, address, email and contact telephone numbers for the single purpose of fulfilling your order.
Why we need it & what data we hold
We need to know your basic personal data in order to provide you with quotations, products and services that you have requested from us. We will not collect any personal data from you that we do not need in order to supply those products and services to you and meet the terms of both your contract of sale with Camerich UK Ltd. and product guarantee. Camerich UK Ltd. also collects data from our website using Google Analytics, this collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to record activity to various parts of our site. Such information however is only processed in a way which does not identify the user.
What we do with it
All the personal data we process is processed by our staff in the UK. The only third parties that your personal data will be supplied to are those that require it to provide a quotation and supply the products and services you have requested from us. They will include but is not limited to the following; our delivery team, Atlas of London. Our Data Protection Policy, and those of the third-parties we employ, are regularly checked to ensure the effective and secure processing of your personal data in compliance with all current UK data protection policies.
How long we keep it
If you have placed an order with us, we are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years. If you have purchased from us, your data will be retained for at least this time, or for the duration of your guarantee (whichever is the longer). If you have obtained a quotation from us, we will keep your information for the same duration unless you inform us that you wish to have it destroyed sooner. We keep your information following a quotation in case you wish to proceed with the quotation at a later date, or should we wish to contact you specifically in relation to that quotation (for example should the price or availability have changed). If you have requested a brochure, samples or shortlist enquiry from our website your details provided will only be stored for up to 30days at which point are automatically deleted. Any information collected by Google Analytics about use of our website is automatically deleted after 14 months.
What we would also like to do with it
We would only like to use the personal data you have supplied us with for the purposes of providing a quotation to you, and to fulfil your order should you proceed. Your information may be shared with third-parties as mentioned, only for the same purposes - for example your contact details will be provided to our delivery team to fulfil delivery of your order. The only data we will supply will be that which is essential to those third-parties to supply your quotation or fulfil your order. We will request that those third parties only use it solely for the purposes of supplying your quotation and fulfilling your order, and that they destroy it as soon as it is no longer required.
What are your rights?
If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect or no longer valid, you may request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact us and we will investigate the matter.
If you are not satisfied with our response or believe we are processing your personal data not in accordance with the law you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
